As it was stated in our documentation, there are some instances that you cannot import demo contents properly due to server issues, your hosting limitations, etc. (Importing Demo Contents). To help you out, please provide us a login credentials to steve.probewise@gmail.com so that we could investigate the issue.
Got the login credentials at steve.probewise@gmail.com. However, we cannot fully access for us to be able to troubleshoot the problem. Please provide an admin access so that we could install the demo site for you. Thank you.
We’ve imported the demo contents on your site. The reason you might have a stylesheet missing error is that you’ve installed using the whole package Wise Church.zip instead of the wordpress zip file wise-church-version.zip. See FAQ.
“1. I installed the theme, it says “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Usually, it happens when you download the whole package Wise Theme.zip and installing it instead of WordPress installable file only. You may extract the whole package Wise Theme.zip then upload and install wise-theme.zip inside Wise Theme folder or download the WordPress installable file only on ThemeForest:
Downloads => Select the item => Download => Installable WordPress file only.”
