What we provide for support: Providing answers about theme’s features, problems and fixes.
What we don’t provide for support: Providing free installation service, hosting server issues, content/site-migration, code customization (unless it is related to theme’s problems/bugs for temporary fix) or any third-party plugin issues.

Support Availability
Our support forum is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, UTC+08:00 (Philippine Time). We will try to answer all queries in 48 hrs (2 days, excluding weekends) or more, which in other circumstances, it may take up to a week, depending on some conditions like vacation leave or other important special appointments of the author.
